haha nice videos, crazy warmups! just wondering/questioning about the song “hardest way home”, its a wicked song one of my faves, i remember a different version of it to th version on the “old books..” cd though, which sounds kinda “remixed” and slower compared to the one which was on your myspace like wayback?? (i added as my profile song for a while on my leafyboo myspace) is that one still “kicking about” somewhere or am i just rambling/baffling?

hope you dudes are well n all that jazz ;)

    hit me bck if possibla

Yeah, there are two different versions. The one you’re thinking of is a “b-side” track on the Matthew’s Magpie 7″ single. This one on Old Books is remade/remodelled by Markomen.

Don’t think there was a CD version of the Matthew’s Magpie single, apart from the promo edition that you might find on eBay. Amazon and Boomkat do MP3 downloads of it though.

cool, thanks for th info.looks like i’ll have to buy it for 99pennies from boomkat!strange, never bought an actual song for however much, never on itunes either.buy cd’s for the artwork and easthetic pleasure but one pound per song is kinda funny but looks like it’ll have to be done :P guess its an old song but kick ass “i wanna take the train i wanna take the tram, i wanna take some time to figure out myself a plan”

can’t wait for the new album and lupens “nearly a novel, worm and words” too, whens the release date for that sept. i heard/read? :)

hope you dnt mind the questions and such

Just finishing up some illustrations whilst Hg’s giving the text a read, red penning and all that. Then, as long as no major flaws are uncovered, it should be available by September.
