Still Shelley’s Ward?

An interesting review of The Lost Belongings on SoundsXP.com:
“Lupen Crook is an odd one… part Pete Doherty, part Percy Bysshe Shelley, spitting out his words in Estuary English in songs that are part-skiffle, part-ballad, part-cabaret (‘Lest We Connect The Crooked Family’) or dabbling in folkatronica (‘Scare Crows’)… The effect is individual, resolutely uncommercial and a psychologist’s dream.”

it’s not shelley ward anymore. they changed all the nutty ward names to those of precious stones. boo. shelley is now ‘sapphire’. how bland.
Yeah, this name change came up in conversation very recently, so seeing “Shelley” and “psychologist” in that review today was quite the coincidence.
(For anyone confused by this conversation, the Shelley Ward was a mental health ward at the Medway Maritime Hospital. Its name crops up occasionally in Crooked Family output.)
