The Crooked Cart

Here’s the Crooked Cart at Latitude, shortly after the crowd had descended like locusts on the merch case and all but cleaned us out.
I’m on a mission to uncover the meaning (and language) of the slogan on the side. Presumably not “Crooked Cart”. Can anyone help?
Thanks to Rachel Blackman for the pic. x

Maybe it’s the registration plate … Where did you even get it from?
I bought it from an English guy who lives in Bulgaria – he occasionally imports them – it’s between 60 – 80 years old I reckon. xBruce
After extensive research – ie posting a question on a forum inhabited by clever people, then sitting back and waiting for replies – I have found out the writing is Russian – Вулкан Везувий, and means Volcano Vesuvius
I was gonna suggest asking him out of Kula Shaker.

Rachel – excellent, thank you!
dAn, that actually made me laugh.
Nice one Rachel. Someone at the gig last night told me it means ‘volcano’ too.
