hello – I am the guy who sold the cart – yes it does mean “volcano vesuvius” – is written in Bulgarian – volcano is the maker and vesuvius is the model..

After extensive research – ie posting a question on a forum inhabited by clever people, then sitting back and waiting for replies – I have found out the writing is Russian – Вулкан Везувий, and means Volcano Vesuvius

I bought it from an English guy who lives in Bulgaria – he occasionally imports them – it’s between 60 – 80 years old I reckon. xBruce
